You do realize that every country has their own rules and rehabilitation isn't the same everywhere right?
I have never heard abt a country who wouldn't have the prisoners imprisoned while they r getting rehabilitated lmfao

if you state your country, we could actually add something constructive to this discussion since this is way to vague to respond to

Yeah let's try to find as many as possible. I, as a non-killer, would not want to be around killers. Sounds obvious he-he.
What? Would u rather have a rehabilitated killer as ur neighbor, or a killer who was practically tortured in prison as ur neighbor
Wha? How would a killer who has "tortured in prison" be able to be my neighbor in the first place?
Ppls sentences end sometime uknow, and when their sentence end, and all that happened to them in prison was getting traumatized, they will come out worse people than they were before, which is why rehabilitation systems have lower reoffending rates. Also because many get help getting jobs or an education, and a lot of crimes are just an effect of low/no income or bad education uknow

I don't believe anyone should be put on the death penalty in the first place.
Norway focuses on using prisons for rehabilitation and not revenge.
If there is clear evidence and there is no chance of getting the wrong guy, the death penalty seems the most humane for all parties (including the victim/s). Rehabilitation is for those who are actually redeemable.
Most can be rehabilitated, and for example in norway, we have maximum 21 years or sum, but if they get deemed to "forvaring" they r gonna be in there forever if they don't show improvement and are still deemed a threat (or society is deemed a threat to them) like terrorists etc, but most get let ouI
It's the principle of it. I'm sure many killers are very cunning and smart but that's not the point.

Yes, and when he is let out he has become severely mentally ill because of his prison sentence, probably came into poverty because of ppl not wanting to hire ex criminals, making him kill even more ppl. Good luck, theres a reason the us crime rates r bonkers

I mean, its you who suffers from this, not him. You will suffer from having even more ramped up killers coming out of prison, and not rehabilitated killers
