Its stuff u put on where u want sweat to stop (like under ur arms) and u put it on before u sleep, then wash off in the morning, and it should work for a week allegedly (even if u shower every day) but if u sweat a lot u might need to do it more often tho. U can wear regular deodorant in the day too for extra protection too but (or good smell).

because i already need to apply lotion twice per day and some other things
