i know for a fact you can work in disability care without taking any classes i was offered a job right out of high school lmao. 

iq tests are notorious for being culturally biased and being WASPy will get you a higher score. if you know anything about iq tests you know theyre culturally biased. 
idk if its the same but my mom cleaned and basically wiped old peoples asses at an retirement home and she has like not any completed education

that wasnt the original intent. the original intent was about figuring out who to exclude from education. they werent making special education plans back then they just said nope youre not part of this.

idk how good people are at it at my work, but sometimes we will just wing those kind of mistake a little bit, which people dont die from (also literally lol), but if they write allergic im like damn gotta start all over fuck me
