Perhaps. I'll have to think about it for a hot second again, I should probably email the supervisor I was involved with the most and ask him what he thinks but idk : (

I'm sure you're already aware that as a Nordic citizen you apply to Norwegian universities equally as Norwegians, so as long as you can upload your high school diploma and get the things transferred it should all be good. According to the data on the website I checked, the bachelor programme in sosialantropologi had all qualified (i.e. people with high school diploma) got admitted to the program so that's very low requirements.
