I suggested he wrote the codes down, I don't think that happened though.

a bit of both, perhaps

i started focusing on creating a better routine around sleep for myself about a year or so ago, and though i do think sleeping more has helped my health, the downside is that now my body needs that amount of sleep, and i get extremely tired and unfocused if i sleep any less. which i'm still struggling to get used to, especially now that my lifestyle has done another 180 and i need more hours in a day
