unemployment doctor's office: 10/10
both the nurse and doctor were rly thorough checking both physical and mental stuff, doctor got me depression, anxiety and adhd medicine and was rly active on checking how they were working for me and actually wants to find the best combination for me. they both advocated for me and got annoyed at the mental health side for their fuck ups, i wouldnt have gotten my first appointment without them. the doctor basically did all the work that the psych nurse was supposed to do, and he actually got the reference to the psychiatrist i was asking for AND to executive therapy that mh side said wasnt possible. he said he's cautiously optimistic abt my chances to get to specialized psychiatry yay

God I’m so glad ur FINALLY getting to talk to some people who are actually trying to help thank gawd

though very telling of society that the ones working on trying to get people out in the work force are the ones who are actually making things move

specialized psychiatry has the highest rate of cancelling referrals but i must believe  im manifesting it even tho i wont know anything for a couple months. i have full faith in my doctor's referral writing skills im sure he knows what to say

yea i think my psych nurse is genuinely just rly overwhelmed n tired but it still rly rly fucking sucked and the last call appointment not happening really put me in a bad way
my doctor is probably the most genuinely helpful and professional support/counseling/healthcare person i've ever worked with. it's really nice for a change

Yeah like health care stuff sux bc workers are miserable but so are patients everyone loses but alas I think things like coming to get you when ur in the wait room is reasonable to expect so yay for getting in touch with someone competent
