a stereotypical good looking nose can sometimes be an ugly nose if it does not match the rest of the face imo

no haha dw, i feel that with any type of surgery that concerns sex change (top surgery, face surgery) is a different ball park since i wouldn't consider it cosmetic. but that's also a definition problem, so it's very vague. like is botox plastic surgery if there's no surgery involved? most people would say so too.

Proportion, doesn't fit the face, we are biologically programmed to see symmetry and good proportions as 'beautiful' bc of all that breeding stuff

I never say that, I hate when people say that. What we find attractive is different, but I never find someone ugly. Unless their personality is horrendous.
