Yes, but the diagnosis also help ppl get the correct treatment/support system, esp in school n stuff? So whats the problem

no one with the diagnose has similar symptoms, everyone still needs a personalized treatment, and i dont see why having the diagnose means that you need more or less treatment than a person without it

Well one obvious problem is that psychology is still a field with a lot of issues and "diagnosing" someone with something might not always be correct, the impression one person gets might be the polar opposite from what someone else believes so uhh yeah there's a lot of misdiagnosing and regardless of whether you think it should be a diagnosis or not, some people go undiagnosed and suffer from it, and others get diagnosed with it without it being right and therefore face things they shouldn't because of it
