Might be, i probably would be able to lose some weight too if i werent with my bf, im not gonna lie.
lmaoo i gained all the weight during the little 6 months in a relationship.

he fed me cookies always bought me stuff when i said nono and was an amazing chef and we ate like crap and watched anime.
Yea i think it's easy to fall into a hole like that when in a relationship.
Even if i buy fruit and vegetables and love to eat those, i have a bf who doesn't and sometimes too buy snacks home for me. I could just not eat it, but u know... the temptation
Ye ik the feeling xD

we were supposed to eat healthier but failed. During the relationship i noticed major weight gain and I constantly cried about it, it was still hard to stop binge eating. When our relationship ended I decided I have no excuses.

How tall are ya cause that sounds like too little weight to have
:-(
158cm. I'm very very short.

i think what they consider a healthy weight is around 51-55 and obese considered 70 something and up.
however, idk how much of my weight is muscle mass and my goal might change during this journey since the scale isn't very trustworthy at times
okay checked:

"158cm = 50-62 kg"

/ Used to weigh 52kg when I was at my healthiest lol

How did you do that? I went through a surgery a couple of months back and I can't jog (or bend my knee to even 90 degrees yet) so I'm finding it somehow difficult to loose weight. I'd love for you to tell me tricks and tips that I could try <3

I've been on a 1200kcl "diet", I cut out added sugar, and use minimum amount of salt if needed, eat rye bread and only use wholegrain rice / pasta / bread etc instead of norm. For snacks I get a 0.1% yogurt or quark, and fruits like bananas, grapes, and apples. Eat berries, and oatmeal for breakfast, and drink LOTS and LOTS of water per day. For dinner, I usually make either salmon, or chicken. I cut out red meat completely. I could eat chicken in things like low calorie risotto, or with 4% cream and vegetables. With salmon I usually eat 1 and a half potato. If I eat bread, I usually add one slice of cheese, and two slices of tomato. Other good foods are things like, green beans, "viili" or greek yogurt (natural) and to make it taste better, add for example bananas (: To bring more taste to chicken i usually use curry. I also like Vitalinea, it's a bit sweeter drinkable yogurt, that has no added sugar. Also eat a lot of salads, either with salmon or chicken!

or for example:
chicken + wholegrain rice + corn, paprika, peas, tomatoes, a slice of low fat cheese and a pepper = easy stuffed peppers

I have recently added drinking 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with 2,5dl of water, before meals (it helps with bloating)

Also eggs are my best friend, I always boil them or make them in extra virgin olive oil!

I do have cheat meals, usually rye chips and dip, or Subway wholegrain bread. I have cheat days once in two weeks, but it's ok to have one every  week if it's more sustainable

I walk 10 000 steps per day (not necessarily at once tho lol, and it's not as bad as it sounds, i like walking) and then do chloe ting beginner friendly workouts. I have about 2 active rest days <3 This is easy if you walk into store, or walk your dog, etc. instead of going to the store with a car. For me, walking to the store is 2000 steps, and if I go to the store at my city's center, it's usually 10 000 steps altogether.

If I'm graving something sweet, I'll eat Halo top ice cream. (not the whole pot tho)
It's low in calories compared to normal ice cream.

Another good meal is wholegrain wraps, with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, spinach, and a lil bit of salsa in them (:

lol, actually any vinegar will do that has 5% on it! I found it on like the spice section of the store.
Also, it smells strong, like old cider left on the table for months XD but, it doesn't taste that bad if u drink it quickly, u mostly taste the apple.
