idk i don't speak food science but as far as i know proteins, fats etc nutrions are in different forms in different foods. iron in spinach is not same than iron in red meat. aaaand of course every body is different, so your body might not tolerate certain types of proteins etc.
seriously nutrions and micronutrions and and everything just gives me anxiety because there's too much of everything
i hope these kinds of things r studied n researched more in the future cus i hav so many questions regarding nutrition that i want answers to loll
