maybe some struggle to get enough amino acids on plant based diets, suddent growth in fiber intake could make sense too

did u learn the difference and if it's sustable?
i genuine wanna go that way if it's possible without doing big work for being healthy physically and mentally. Most of veggie/vegan family members ended with very bad health physically and mentally, im too shy to ask why they changed diet after so long time, and it feels like im disrespecting them for being curious.

idk i don't speak food science but as far as i know proteins, fats etc nutrions are in different forms in different foods. iron in spinach is not same than iron in red meat. aaaand of course every body is different, so your body might not tolerate certain types of proteins etc.
seriously nutrions and micronutrions and and everything just gives me anxiety because there's too much  of everything

i was always raised with the idea that kids and teens need meat in their diet to really 'properly develop' but i don't know the degree of truth in that. i do know that if you want to raise your kid on a vegan diet you really have to monitor the nutrients and possible deficiency

anyways one reason is also that for some ppl it’s hard/boring which is why i always tell ppl when they rant to me irl about wanting to go vegan (which happens annoyingly often like why r u telling me😭) but reasons xyz r stopping them

just eat generally vegan/vegetarian and when u feel like it have something else

but honestly food science is so?? i don't know
some studies tell you it's healhty to eat thing x
and other tells you it will kill you

like.. i think there's just too much aspects in dietary. it's also about your bodytype, other lifestyle choises etcc

idk but it happens so often at parties 😭 like the second that it comes up that im vegan (which i never bring up because why would i) somebody will start ranting to me about how they wanna go vegan but blah blah blah and im like huh ok
