thats true. sometimes i just get in my head you know and i get all wired up even tho im super tired, im like "what if i sleep now and im too awake to go to bed at a proper time" or "if i sleep RIGHT NOW i can put an alarm and sleep THIRTY MINUTES and then i will be refreshed" and then i cant bc pressure
i understand so welllll yesterday i was like 'today im not gonna nap' and then i decided to have 40 minutes.. it ended up being almost 3 hours
