u can, u must wash em every day. i think it smells bc of dead skin cells n such being trapped between ur skin n the jewelry or something like that.. u have to wash it. happens with normal ones as well.. just on a muuch smaller surface.

i switch um my "main ones" quite often if i remember, bc i often use bigger earrings or rings i can't sleep with.. i kinda do want some rings in my ear permanently tho that i can sleep with.. but i only use gold atm so that's too expensive

I really did, to be fair I told her I want it as high up as possible without it being the cartilage cos I saw it was a gun and she just.. did it anyway I was like okay sis we just fuckin up ears now are we
for something like a nose piercing I would definitely go somewhere professional I’m just not sure if I could face it alone hahaha
