I don't like pop in general and I feel like the business adapted some of the worst things about western pop music, it feels soulless to me.

I prefer music where the singer wrote the songs and instrument players are an important part of the band.

Also the fan base is annoying most of the time.
There is many groups who wrote and produce their own music and kbands are a thing ❤️
I haven't seen many kpunk or krock bands unfortunately and Idk it just feels like those who produce their own music with more diverse topics seem to be in the minority

Not heavy enough to enjoy it
or nostalgic
or good for studying
it offers nothing to me
What is heavy enough?
All kinds of metal pretty much
pop is just too much for me no matter the language
I mean dreamcatcher takes inspiration from metal and rock on most of their songs

though i actually dont get how u can get literally ANNOYED by some music, the stans can be annoying yes, and mby it's bc everyone will project the annoying stans onto the music/the artists, which isn't fair to the artists tbh
Do u not get annoyed by any genre of music or song lol
no ill literally listen to anything
i rlly go from techno, punk, glitch core, rnb, indie, goth rock, soul, new wave, hiphop, jazz, pop, electric dance to riotgrrrl. i could keep going
the only thing i dont listen to are like country, metal/screamo (tho i have been to concerts) and kpop
but it's not like they annoy me
