i mean vp still looks like a template but one from like 8 years ago like this is just what every forum looked like 

but ya thats sort of it like i feel the inherent kitschy-ness and kiddie-ness of a dressup site is hard to make modern or unique thats why es looks so weird

vp could be improved tho like it's not responsive at all and a lot of the way things are structured on this site make me cringe as a developer
