i really enjoyed the christmas brown cheese, very much like ginger bread. But brown cheese I dont rlly consider it cheese cheese... It's somethinf for itself. I like normal cheese tho for bread since it's basic n ok. Other than that brie is *chefs kiss* with some goodies with it.
