in finland you can take a last name you have relation to, or make up a new last name if no one else in the country has it

Oh i know there is something like u can take the name of family, i know people who did that too.. But i think there is a way to get a last name unrelated to family ah..

In Sweden you can change to any last name that over 2000 people already have. It's free if you're changing to names that are within your family, otherwise, you have to pay. You can also come up with something yourself, but it needs to be approved by Skatteverket.
