the general consensus of high insulin sensitivity still is positive tho, like that is what one should aim for
low insulin sensitivity is what results in insulin resistance, which is how fat is stored instead of used for energy

if this doesnt apply to u theres obviously something more going on, and i dont think googling it and asking vp is the way to go
