no look here the problem i have is not lifestyle its that my dumb brain gives me a shit metabolism, this diet is a lifestyle change anyway

yea obviously u gotta make sure after uve done the diet that u stick to the number of calories that doesnt cause them to loose or gain weight
My mom a big sugar addict, n also eats a lot, but even tho she still ate a lot while she ate low carb, she did lose weight tho, n the sugar addiction subsides but obv comes back easily too if ur prone, thats her issue. Shes fine as long as shes eating low carb, just hard to get over the initial stage I guess
