I don't understand how setting spray works cus I see ppl spray it n it looks like small beads on the skin before it dries, n idk how they just didn't mist off their entire makeup

which one do u use
i also use like light to medium coverage and it's like v watery bc to dry skin, but my skin is only dry in some spots and then the rest get oily and ugh i hate the look of matte foundations
