They do that here and I'm not a fan, people still get addicted and ruin their lives, gambling is inherently unhealthy in my opinion.

yeah this is my issue its like... i get that it makes it legal for younger people to explore sex together but the existence of the law both protects people who are too young AND justifies creeps looking to have sex with young people. its a double edged sword in its current state

but in rural and semi-rural areas like where I live, driving at 16 is the difference between finishing high school and not...
