I'm on Quetiapine as sleeping medication, and I definitely feel like it "zombified" me.
I'm also on Abilify, which could help the zombie feeling.

I have to take 100mg to actually fall asleep. :/ I used to only have to take  25-50mg, but I think it's because it also works as an antipsychotic, which I'm also on.

oh oof   i'm currently taking 75mg which used to help tho i was put on lamotrigine only a little while back,,, and insomnia is one of the potential side effects rip
