nah, with air drying you can get at least a little wave in straight hair
though yeah, for sleek straight, you have to blow dry
My hair is so stupid, when its wet I can make it curly, then it dries down to wavy (but over the next. 1-2 days if I sleep it will turn straight if I don't have anything in my hair), and if I blow dry it goes straight. Also if I brush my hair while its wet it turns straight. I hate

I get it for people with long thick hair, when I had long hair it took hours to dry, and mines straight, can't imagine how long it would take if it were curly.
