Yeah that makes sense I think if I had reflected more in it as a teen I would have sad I had that phobia too but it’s really just dysphoria, difference is I don’t want kids so I don’t have a reason to look past it ig

mm thats fair i think a lot of people call things that wouldnt actually technically be a phobia a phobia for some reason, myself included

n its nice that got better, i have a friend with emetophobia and it sounds pretty awful

i think tokophobia is interesting bc i guess a phobia is usually described as an irrational fear? but i think childbirth is a very rational thing to be afraid off, for vagina ruining reasons among others
