She had a decently skinny face but that's about it. You would consider her obese too if she had a smaller stomach and a fatter face. She only gives off the illusion that she's skinner than she really is because her face in proportion to her body is smaller.

if you’re trying to see if I think obese is a bad word and that everyone is a little tubby in my book that’s not the case.
