yesh i kinda see that making sense, ive heard of people practicing their vizualisation and stuff, like starting with something easy like a red ball and work urself up to apple.

Also i don't really talk to myself in my head that much? it's more like scenarios and i think about the situation and not of it as a monologue. The only moment i am really talking to myself, is when i write.

yup 
also the reading like a movie thing is the reason why i hate movie adaptions lol 
cause ive "seen" the book in my head, like if im reading about a room i can picture exactly where the couch is, the color of it, texture etc 
so when i watch a movie i get annoyed cause its so different from my own view of it

which is ofc a dumb reason to get annoyed cause how can the director know that i imagined the couch being on the other side of the room lol

i think this sort of picture is often used when talking about it but idk how accurate it is to the actual experience

I bolded all my answers cause i didn't feel like rewriting them but yeah i also dream very vividly too idk if that has anything to do with it?
