like a loooooot of bodily fluids. also the playable characters are naked children which is the main reason why some platforms didnt want the game

 if you start digging into it you can find a lot of disturbing things.. like if you pay attention there is a character that gets progressively more pregnant as you take damage and gives birth to a little guy eventually (lilith). thats. not appropriate. especially since all the characters are like 5 years old

There's a mod to use this ost in game, I don't know if it works on repentance+
