And how will that turn out? IRL, we need teams too to organise, make informed decisions, feel responsible and take the lead. If just one developer has to do all the decision making and get thrown multiple suggestions to them every other day will lead to burnout. You need a team to get things done. And right now, more things seem to get done than I have seen in the last couple of years.
