You're talking about how we perceive good or evil as humans and that may be true. But literal good can still exist without the bad.
it already does, but if you remove bad as a fundament from the equation and evil has never existed, then there's nothing good about being good because we wouldn't know bad. good would just be neutral.

How would you fundamentally remove bad from the world? That will never happen. Same goes with good.
