i think the difference is that we are biologically programmed to produce offspring so i don't see that as the same thing as homosexuality

well someone programmed me wrong, because I have a womb and the most useless ovaries in human history, because I can't produce children (literally, I'm infertile)
obviously people don't follow that program 100% because there are women and men who are perfectly capable of prudicing healthy children but CHOSE not to. and gay people exist..

but it's true that humans are "meant to have kids" to further mankind

some peep's optimism is more like stupidity or and wishful thinking
optimism is not inevitably ,,the right mindset"
i think people have to find the right balance between being optimistic and giving up on seeing things on a better light.. they should be realistically determined to see things change for the better.. not be like "i am gonna be rich!!" (altho some people say those affirmations to themselves bc the more exaggerated the better.. don't ask me to elaborate, affirmations is a lot to explain lol)
people think i'm a pessimist which honestly amuses me
u probably a realist

I get told that so often too and I don't even feel like I'm that pessimistic??
some people: everything i am uncomfortable with is people being negative or pessimistic

for instance, when i said to my mother i don't think society will be normal until 2022 on the very earliest and she said i was negative
ok then

I had the same thought and my mom was like: you're very optimistic :d
but yes, people usually think everything that's not like them is negative

don't you think it's a chance that nature is currently working on reducing the number of offspring
like natural selection?

okay so when i look up 'why are trans women real women' i see two general stances that are repeated often

1) trans women should be considered women as a way to redefine what being a 'woman' is. through social context primarily, but perhaps also scientific? although i haven't found any essays on that front

2) trans women have a different experience than women. for example when it comes to the fact that trans women are more likely to be in danger of a hate crime

so here is my confusion, on one hand, some trans women do not want to be perceived differently than other women, but they do want society to acknowledge that there is a difference in privilege when it comes to the treatment of either. why is that not a contradictory statement?

eating sugar and a lot of meat or drinking or smoking or walking in traffic and not doing sports is a health risk but ppl "somehow" just focus on ppl being fat hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm makes you wonder why

fat people are wonderful
and being healthy doesnt make you a better person than an unhealthy person, whether it be by choice or not

i guess i agree to an extent, i don't care if people have dysphoria or not (i do agree that if you do not have dysphoria you are at a higher risk of realizing you made the mistake of being trans, but you live however u want rly..)

I mean i suppose but there's nothing wrong with thinking ur one thing then realizing it wasn't the case so i don't think thats a super big issue

sometimes im a bit like, if non-dysphoric people talk over ppl with dysphoria about shit that makes them uncomfy i'm a bit like okay that's over-stepping  but idk, i think that is gonna be an un-popular opninion in some circles in itself lol
thats true i agree, i just hope that no one starts transitioning and realizes this later because it will be a hassle for them, not for me.. it's a lot to go through

and yes i kind of agree even tho i understood like 50% lamamjrie
de-transitions rates ar really low trho, and most people who do it do it because it wasn't the right time + in a lot of places you need the dysphoria diagnosis to get it covered by health care and even if it's not you're styill going to go through a lot of appointments to get to a point of transitioning, if we talking hormones and junk. Social transitioning isn't really a problem unless you have like a shit family obv
I guess there might be a higher chance of mistake based de-transition with non-dysphoric people if they even get that far but there really isn't any statistics on that

and yeah lol my thoughts on that whole thing aint super developed just like half baked based on my experience with some people so idno't really know 100% what im saying lol
