Meal prepping in portion sizes has helped a lot! Cos i always have meals ready n i dont over estimate them n less snacky during the day if i have had food
n a lot of protein for breakfast has been nice
n if you do calorie n macro counting looking at the weekly amount makes it feel less restrictive cos if you go over daily budget it isnt the end of the world

dinner is ok cause if i use fjordland its one portion and the calories is on the boxÂ

Clas Olsons have these rly good meal prep containers where each section is 100ml anemone with 200ml I think but I just use the 100ml ones!Â
