hello i wrote test today it went kinda good i think and then i got out one stop early and walked and the weather is nice and i love life if only i didnt have insane headache and jaw pain but we ignore those

o thats smart.... portion control is so hard for me 
dinner is ok cause if i use fjordland its one portion and the calories is on the box

also trying out more zero sugar monsters, i think i only like mango and watermelon.... today im giving the white ultra one another shot!
