I promise I'm such an emotional person as well, and some of it you simply can't control. You can tell yourself as much logic as you want but still have a lot of emotions. It's more on which choices you take despite what your emotions or logic says are the most "right" direction to pick. and then, to obv. to learn how to listen and deal with what you have even if it's not as conventional as well as figuring where it serves you and not.
