all the male psychiatrists and doctors i saw when i was hospitilazed for a suicide attempt were so cold and even smiled at me when i talked abt the sexual assaults that had given me trauma for life.
the women i talked to however, sat down next to me, one even cried w me and made sure i was okay before letting me leave the facility.

honestly lol my fave psychiatrist was male but i got some weight vibes from him and he randomly dropped me (said he got a new job at another place but then i still met him in the hallways for years chinrub )

my male doctor didnt want to let me get trauma related therapy and when I had woman doctor she listened and I got help. Got lots of help from woman psychologist and psychiatrist with trauma, sleep related prob and depression and when I had male psychiatrist it was looked upon as nothing and didnt want to help. 

It's a attitude that males are better doctors, psychiatrist etc when studies show opposite. It's heavily result of misogyni the view that women aren't good doctors.
