I think in any situation, violence should always be the LAST option. I'm generally speaking very much against violence (which includes murder of course).

i think a doctor generally knows better than me if im sick and need surgery, some doctors are shite, then i go to another doctor and ask for a second opinion, same for the head

anyways that wasnt my qquestion, i asked what my experience of being turned away means for your assertion that therapists and the government only want you to seek help for mental health to medicate and subdue you
