I like giving people the benefit of doubt
I also think they might desperately need someone to actually spend time to do some of the stuff the team needs.

We can keep criticising, but it's easier to be the change there's needed I think

I do too but they got it already before with other matters so like, again? just because the topic is different but the issue is the same I think they don't deserve it
