I do think a lot of badged people are people I know absolutely nothing about and it just feels weird to have "prominent" members on a website you don't know anything about.
It is weird and not good
like I get shyness but how can they not be shy to join teams and communicate there? or whatever other reason 

and well I believe it is possible to balance admin work n life and being a part of the community
