Your story isn't adding up. How can you almost become Christian but claim to never love Jesus?
Christianity is all about love. Not only for our Lord but also for our "neighbors", our friends, and fellow humans. It doesn't make any sense that someone who claims to never have loved anyone, would almost become Christian.
Cus I get obsessed abt being the perfect christian when my brain starts getting delusional and obsessive, but my baseline is very non religious
A "perfect Christian" who doesn't love Jesus and doesn't love anyone but herself (according to what you said).
As I said, delusional

I just. I don't get why anyone would voluntarily become a Christian if they weren't born into Christianity. It's such a boring religion, honestly.
i don't get why anyone feels the need to be disrespectful to ANYONE's beliefs.
if u don't believe in it, move on. ain't ur place to judge her either

and it's about the rules and small details, not the "storyline" / "timeline"
most people take it as symbolic
Yeah that's what I think it's boring, the rules and the small details are boring. In Judaism there's so much to learn, you could spend the rest of your life studying it and not scratch the surface, if you're into that sort of thing. Christianity is just, a lot of infighting but like, about nothing.
Also I respect you, not your religion, and that is my right. Also I respect you enough to know that your faith is strong enough that a dumbass on the internet laughing at it isn't gonna shake it up. I mean, on whose account are you offended, Gd? He's Gd, I think he can handle it.

I have a question to anyone reading this.

You saw a blind woman about to cross a busy road. You know that if she were to attempt crossing that road by herself, she would get run over by a car.

Would you consider it invasive or being forceful if you were to walk up to that woman and tell her that she needed help? Again, just leaving her alone would mean that she would get killed.

No, but idk why she wouldn't just walk over somewhere where there was traffic lights or a crosswalk

Not what i meant ^^
as i said before, i do not mind people who don't believe in it / believe in something else / atheists, etc.

It's none of my business and it doesn't really bother me, what confuses me is why it bothers people the other way around.

What I meant, is that people shouldn't disrespect other's beliefs by judging the person itself FOR believing in a certain thing. Really bad at explaining, not my primary language but lol

And I guess I get that,
I'm not very much of a "I read the whole bible" type of gal,
I just use it as a "moral guide" if that makes sense. (Minus the shit that's been added to it afterwards, including the homophobia or witchcraft stuff lol)

I think the problem is ppl think its delusional to believe in a man in the sky (at least when u havent grown up to think that way) and also being against preachers, and since they are very loud in comparison to covert christians (or religious ppl in general), it makes ppl have a distaste for religious ppl as a whole

The bible contains as much "homophobia" as it does "lyingphobia" and "blasphemyphobia".
Christians are taught to love all, including homosexuals.

Think about it like this. Do you think lying is good? Probably not. Does that mean you hate liars? Of course not. People often get confused about that!

Also ppl justifying being hateful etc on the bible etc ^, could be misleading for ppl that don't know much abt the religion. Esp w islam, I don't think islam is a hateful religion in on itself, but what a lot of ppl r seeing from islam is islamic countries being very conservative, hateful etc and blame that on the religion itself
