I fink as long as it’s just a little snack you sit down to enjoy it’s fika tbh you can have a lil sammich or a lil treat, I would only not call it fika if it’s like a full meal ukno 😭 also often coffee/hot drink or squash (like liquid cool aid idk I’ve only heard English people mention it in English)… but it’s also like sort of an activity I feel like so is not just munching on chips straight from tha bag on the couch ya know idkidk
