i had a therapist like that, she was all like "you have to" this and "everyone" that, anyway i have a better and normal therapist now who lets me talk about video games if i dont know what to talk about

Thankfully now my therapist wants me to get ufør so shell write that to nav, and my nav veileder also wants that, but I will probably not be accepted. Either way its a step at least I guess eh
