I’d probably hate him too if I was there but every time I’m on the train I have to listen to the ticket person being annoyed at someone who like took the wrong train or didn’t understand the s system and aim like … i dont care if threats their job you’re one of the most annoying people on earf!!!!

Ig I'm more black and white and don't really think morals have that much to do with it. If there's a rule to pay, u shud pay, even if it sucks and think it shud be free. But if it's the company/apps fault for it not working, sure that's fine. But in this specific case it wasn't the app, it was the old man's fault
