I think this is unfair. I currently feel like if you don't agree with the mods or you dislike the mods you're going to get banned and this site doesn't feel safe at all. I don't know what those documents contained, but if it was sent to Kim I think it wasn't put together as a burnbook but more like a sum-up of how some people are feeling.
And now getting banned for that? Doesn't seem fair. I kinda start to feel what I've been told by many might actually be absolutely true.

Other people have also seen the document.

If the same thing we're created saying their opinion on regular users on the site, this would be taken differently by the community. We are trying to change things, and by bringing up things that happened MONTHS ago, that's not change. And as serene said, taken out of context (I don't know the story, nor do I wish to get involved).
