No baking soda on skin, that actually damages your skin (same goes with your teeth)

I have morning and evening skincare routines and it has made wonders for my skin. I dont have pimples, i dont have those nasty dry spots, my skin is so soft and it it just nice not to suffer for bad skin (I have had more than enough problems with my skin).
If people wants to know more about my routines just ask.

I have more expensive stuff than most people i know for my skin.
For example Elizabeth Arden, Origins, Clinique etc.
(if you need more info about these just ask again hehe. Also i have super sensitive skin with atopic skin so i can recommend things for these types. Though im glad the worst parts are gone and atopic is mild one anymore).

So for evening i have oil based cleanser, foaming cleanser (plus this awesome brush kind of thing (pic under), then i exfoliate, i often do massaging mask, then soothing toner, overnight mask and one lotion for my under eye and other for the eyelids. I also like to use sheet masks, usually like twice a week. Other masks i do like once a week with blackhead remover pads (no idea about the real name of those in english, lol).

In the morning its much quicker. Oil based cleanser, foaming cleanser, soothing toner, lotion (i have different ones for winter and summer) and eye creams again.

This makes wonders for my skin.

Do you exfoliate every night?
You aren't really supposed to, it's recommended to be done only around 2 - 3 times a week, if that : /

It depends how rough exfoliate you use, like i have with this super soft things so it doesnt do any bad to my skin. c:
Made even for sensitive skin so no harm done.
Like what i have heard in america they use like really "hard core" stuff, mine is gentle one. ;)

I dont know how to exactly explain, but i havent found any brushes that wouldnt hurt when using and then i found this one. I use it like a normal brush, but its like sonic face cleanser...so yes it vibrates and with that its trying to get all the dirt of from your skin. And tbh it makes your skin so soft and it feels so nice to use it!

I bought this from one store, but you can google Foreo and find their websites.
