My friend before was 154 or smth n she looked hella weord compared to me lol so now im only friends with ppl the same height as me (tho pretty much everyone I see is the same height as me but whatever)

Do you consider Russians and Ukrainians Ashkis? Because they are often pretty tall but I don't think they're considered Ashkenazi. That being said, your friend group is still abnormal, as I said, the average height for men here is 175 and for women it's 163.

It's really complicated but, to the extent of my knowledge,  Ashkenazim are those that come from Germany and the surrounding area, so I don't think Russians and Ukrainians count but it depends on peoples definition. Nowadays people refer to Ashkis as just generally northern, southern and eastern European Jews so I don't know.
