... trans-women are biological men..... otherwise they would not be trans....

you are talking about very specific and rare cases..... like when a woman gives birth to a baby... they know if that baby is a girl or boy in the majority of the cases.. it's usually not that complicated as you make it sound.. what you are talking about are RARE cases... most can tell the difference by a boy and a girl...
