Yeah its the regular amount, n like personally I don't hav a problem with it but I guess if u hav mental illness it can b hard n stuff but literally every grown up (lol) I see that works regular r fine with it cus u get used to it

yeah but you're young, there's a lot of factors to consider. my sister was so overworked she threw up and cried when she dragged herself from work as a lærling so i guess it's very individual and of course it depends on whether the place you work follow rules or not, i think probably the average they work is within the legal shit but sometimes she ended up working 10-12 days in a row often with back-to-back shifts like congrats night shit and morning shift, and after a while you're dead

Many get used to it but are still miserable. A developed country should be able to give people work for 20,30hrs at every minimum wage job and they can still survive with it

among my other favourites is not having back-to-back days off so you work 4 days, one day off, 5 days, one day off, 5 days, one day off.. it's not good.. based on observations i've done
