When i had my sets in wof and in shop i asked dt to send me my sets, they make a code for you then

I had some sets for dm and auction, I asked jess to code it for me 
yea the changes to provide all designers with codes no matter where their stuff lands is fairly recent

honestly bt and nt should be more hungry for sets.................. and also campaign for them to release more codes than just like one or two per month
i think there's rules on how many free codes teams can release per month (smt being an exception with weekly codes?) but teams can speak their mind
