i'm currently at a daglig verksamhet !! my goal with going there is to eventually hold speeches in front of others in regards to my mental health journey as well as with my autism !
n this is quite a change considering i used to hate to talk and interact (very shy) ! but ever since i got diagnosed around abt exactly 2 years ago my life has only improved since ! and i've improved a lot on a personal level as well
so all in all, i'm doing rly good mentally and i feel that i'm ready to work with what i deem to be my talents which are talking to and with others and yeah just share my experiences !
