!!! i made soup for lunch and undercooked the mushrooms severely and it just wasn't it. Gave them lots of love this time and they turned out very good

gotta pan fry them!! its the only waaaay
yes!! my mom always fry to many at once and they end up boiling in their own moisture, not as good as when you slice them very thinly and fry with a lot of oil or butter at all ??

like mushrooms ELIVATE the dish when done right, but when it's not done right everything is just bad mushrooms :'(

YES! i think about this every time my siblings say they don't like it? because theyve had my mom's not as yummy mushrooms? and now they wont ever taste mushrooms again? so sad!
