i'd say the biggest problem is the lack of planning,, i think the schedule should be a mandatory planning at the beginning of the month so everyone will know when it's a certain users turn
i mean there were like 2-3 people last month that almost got a warning because they at the end of the month hadn't done their 2 required threads
