Free speech is misunderstood everywhere almost. I also see it in Facebook comments, where people are angry about being banned or muted from groups or Facebook for not following the guidelines.

Like dudes... No one's stopping you from yelling shit from your lawn or a public space, but if you're posting your opinion on cars in a horse group they might kick you out. It's just how it is.

Free speech is just the ability to say shit without getting censored, which Amber did. So she didn't lose a free speech case, she just had to eat the consequences of what her free speech bought her.

If someone tried to silence her, where she didn't get to say shit at all, then it would be a free speech issue.
