bit risky if it has yeast in it, but then you definitely can go on smell (yeast that has gone too far just smells like alcohol, you can still use it, but it might taste off to you)
also, if you can't smell something, taste a teeny tiny bit of it. if it's gone bad, it will taste really bad, kinda rancid

idk the smell is kinda masked by the olive oil i used so its hard to tell but the smell is a bit weird and it  has formed some kinda crust on top where it has dried out and it looks very unappetizing + will probably not shape well so i think im gonna have to throw this batch out :/ (luckily it's like half of a halved recipe so it isnt that much waste)

there always some you can buy at the grocery store bakery and stuff here, i just tend not to get it because those ones always have a bit too hard of a crust for me + the plain white bread you can often get for like 1 euro, which is a steal for a freshly baked loaf like whoa
yeah, I usually don't go for the store-bought white bread because it's really not that good and I have to eat way more for it to be sated, so the low price really isn't that low anymore

if it's still good, you can knead it and try to rehydrate it like that
but other than that I don't know

that is true actually! when it comes to breakfast and whatnot i dont super much anyways so its like perfect for me, and if i want more im gonna load it with other stuff so i dont mind that its a bit lighter

yeah it smells more like the olive oil is a bit bad and maybe a bit alcoholy,, it might be salvagable, but eh i think id rather try to make a slightly soured dough properly than to risk it with this one (it was left overs from when i made pizza so its not like i just made it and didnt use it yanno )

it's not worth it, if you have a sensible stomach, it might give you serious indigestion
if you have leftovers like that, put them in an airtight container in the freezer, then they keep a bit longer

yeah, i usually bake left over dough the next day but then i didnt have the time / energy so its usuallly fine to just pop it in the fridge with some plastic wrap over the bowl since i know ill use it, but i should use a lunch box or something because either way its gonna be better that way

hihihi we went to this small very ?hipster-esh-y? bar in an old brick building that i thinkkk once was a mill or something?? N its right by a river and a small waterfall n the vibe was really nice! Had a beer and a drink n then we walked through a small forest trail back to his place where i spent 5 or 6 hrs lmao. We had champagne cause he got a (very nice, high-paying) job that he applied for, so we drank that. Did other things. 😌 it was nice

I was gonna go out drinking w my friend today but then I just no cus my head is stinging. At least im making food now so I won't starve for the first time in a week, hopefully it helps so I don't feel so faint and dizzy anymorr but idk
